Our client is a data-driven marketing agency with expert media planning and buying capabilities, among other services that include shopper marketing, marketing innovation and content activation. They have taken a unique approach to digital media, merging the programmatic and traditional media buying into a streamlined planning process. Their goal is to continue to plan and manage audiences, holistic frequency control, maintain a clean supply chain, and deliver against both business needs and marketing KPIs. 


As a Social Media Engagement Manager you will manage the executional side of the digital teams creative and will be responsible for the successful launch of both paid social and organic campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience communicating across agency heads and project management exposure.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Driving day-to-day digital execution of social, multi-platform media programs 
  • Aligning project needs across internal teams and partners
  • Communicating creative ad campaign needs including file types, asset specs, creative direction and requirements to participants such as publishers and third party creative agencies as well as problem solve across social platforms
  • Working with Social Specialist on syndication plans for paid and organic
  • Working with the analytics team on social media reporting
  • Working with internal Content Team to ensure assets in Adstream are up to date
  • Performing pre-/post-launch platform QA to ensure the right assets are running in the right line items/ad sets & click out to the proper destination URLs
  • Supporting media, platform and ops team in day-to-day management of creative requirements, deliverables and timelines
  • Communicating video asset status to the client for all platforms
  • Managing and tracking creative rotation schedules and serve as a copywriter when and where needed
  • Managing and delivering video and display assets to the media & ops teams, creative agencies and digital media publishers
  • Partnering with teams across Brand, Social, and Digital to successfully manage internal and external expectations
  • Attending daily and weekly team status meetings and identify launch dates for all campaigns and asset delivery due dates
  • Communicating creative updates from all digital platforms (social, video, etc.)
  • Evaluating digital marketing plans and align content against media plan and spec due dates
  • Building out all paid social posts within each of the platforms
  • Working with Facebook Ads Manager and other social platforms to ensure QA of content has been done before trafficking out to agency counterparts
  • Overseeing creative delivery/QA from creative services to internal agency
What you bring:
  • 3+ years of work experience as a creative project lead or managing creative assets in paid/social Media
  • Possess a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company
  • Solid grasp on the logistics of QA’ing and platform testing
  • Knowledge of creative language and file types
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently with execution stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications.
