Our client is a data-driven marketing agency with expert media planning and buying capabilities, among other services that include shopper marketing, marketing innovation and content activation. They have taken a unique approach to digital media, merging the programmatic and traditional media buying into a streamlined planning process. Their goal is to continue to plan and manage audiences, holistic frequency control, maintain a clean supply chain, and deliver against both business needs and marketing KPIs. 

As a Media Strategist, you will play a key role as a day-to-day support for development and execution of effective media planing within Theatrical Entertainment, ensuring each of the clients goals are achieved. The ideal candidate has experience working across several media channels and demonstrate strong analytical skills. 

What you’ll be doing:
  • Ensuring the implementation of Media plans across multiple platforms - specifically offline channels
  • Managing day to day plan changes and maintenance 
  • Developing strong relationships with client counterparts
  • Analyzing competitive activity in the marketplace and providing point-of-view on various media tools
  • Pioneer innovative approaches to strategically reach the target consumer
  • Working with Strategy team to understand goals, address client needs, and communicate results and insights back to clients 
  • Working directly with Assistant Strategists through the planning process
 
What you bring:
  • 1-2 years of experience and expert knowledge of media strategy 
  • Experience working with large data sets and understanding of methodologies for evaluating data 
  • Ability to self-manage multiple priorities and pay strong attention to details 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams 
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Hands-on experience with Comscore AIM/Media Metrix, Nielsen-Netratings and CMR eValiant
  • Working knowledge of 3rd Party AdServing
