Our client is a data-driven marketing agency with expert media planning and buying capabilities, among other services that include shopper marketing, marketing innovation and content activation. They have taken a unique approach to digital media, merging the programmatic and traditional media buying into a streamlined planning process. Their goal is to continue to plan and manage audiences, holistic frequency control, maintain a clean supply chain, and deliver against both business needs and marketing KPIs. 

As a Search Strategist you will ensure that search marketing programs are tasked properly, completed as scheduled, and meeting or exceeding clients' goals. What you’ll be doing:
  • Demonstrating strategic insight to develop and implement long-term execution plans to meet client’s stated business objectives
  • Tracking progress, execution, and consistency of campaigns
  • Effectively presenting strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams
  • Facilitating and managing forecasting, budgeting and pacing, campaign creation, and optimization
  • Identifying campaign expansion opportunities based on solid understanding of business concepts and client objectives
  • Extracting insight from data and plan next steps across multiple marketing mediums
  • Set 90-day execution plans to achieve key metrics 
  • Managing relationship with the search engines and technology partners such as DoubleClick and Omniture
What you bring:
  • 1-3 years of work experience in biddable or paid media at an agency or in-house
  • In-depth understanding of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management and optimization practices
  • Understanding of forecasting, budgeting and pacing, campaign creation, and optimization tactics
  • Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic business concepts
  • Well-developed analytical abilities for extracting insight from marketing data
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, communications, MIS or statistics preferred
