Sr. Manager, Delivery & Analytics
Reports to: Director, Delivery & Analytics 
Location: Remote, (IL, NY, OH preferred)
Manages: Analysts, Sr. Analysts

NCSolutions combines our parent companies’ rich media and purchase information with extensive shopper data. As an analyst, you will use an industry-leading dataset to help CPG marketers optimize media schedules and quantify advertising effectiveness.

The Delivery & Analytics team serves as a trusted advisor and solutions provider to our clients. As a member of the Delivery & Analytics team, you will collaborate with the internal client consulting team to develop solutions that make NCS a full-service provider of actionable solutions for the entire life cycle of an advertising campaign.  

As a Sr. Manager, your objective is to drive client value by managing client deliverables and ensuring on time and quality standards.  To do this, you will have a set of powerful analytical tools, extensive job training, a supportive peer network and experienced manager to help guide your work. You will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of all steps of the analysis process and make modifications as needed to fill custom client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦁Ownership of internal clients, account planning, and deliverables
⦁Ownership of D&A end-to-end process
⦁Client presentation support- delivering insights, implications, and recommendations
⦁Develop integrated analyses using proprietary tools and processes 
⦁Management, training and career development of junior analytics team members
⦁Mastery understanding of methodology & competitive advantage behind NCS services
⦁Recommend and integrate with other Nielsen assets
⦁Process improvement and cross-functional integration within NCS
⦁Coordinate/Manage/Liaison across multiple teams (Client Consulting, Product Development, R&D, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS:
⦁Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with courses in statistics or analytics
⦁Master’s degree preferred
⦁Deep understanding/use of SQL, R and/or Python, and can train others
⦁Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office suite
⦁Demonstrated analytical proficiency with the ability to interpret large and complex data sets
⦁Ability to independently manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple client demands with consistent quality and excellence
⦁Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate information effectively
⦁Ability to independently work through complex problems
⦁Strong attention to detail

EXPERIENCE
⦁5+ years of experience in an analytical role
⦁Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
