Position Summary 

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results. They will also support the financial operating mechanisms, helping run the business with more accountability and visibility. 


  • Revenue Reporting: Responsible for supporting business leaders with reporting

  • Provide weekly revenue reporting to commercial team and senior leaders

  • Manage revenue database

  • Assisting with annual operating plan review

  • Manage ad hoc projects and report requests

  • Pipeline and Revenue Management: Providing oversight and support to business to ensure accurate pipeline forecast

  • Validating Salesforce input for revenue recognition and invoice set-up

  • Partnering with business leaders to ensure pipeline accuracy

  • Financial Operations: Support day to day functions 

  • Reviewing client contracts for financial compliance

  • Intercompany Invoicing

  • Collections

  • Participate in simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis


  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting

  • Ability to work with a virtual team and work with partners across multiple functions and regions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyze complex processes/issues and drive simple outcomes

  • Ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with peers and effectively manages those relationships

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Adaptable/Flexible


1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting 


  • Base Salary plus Performance Bonus
