Our Manager of Marketing Analytics role supports the development and execution of fact-based reporting, analysis, and analytical models used to enhance decision-making across the marketing function. This role will be a core team member to drive the data and analytic agenda and oversee continuous improvements in reporting / BI, database segmentation, third party data, etc. to support the organization with insights and predictive models to produce improved results and impact. There are no direct reports currently, but the team is growing and the potential for management is there.
Here's an idea of some of your future responsibilities:
Prioritize reporting and analytics to support tracking of key marketing KPI's, campaign performance, and funnel metrics.
Support the development of advanced analytics such as predictive modeling, segmentation, design of experiments, and profitability measures.
Support the Director and the CMO in securing buy-in from key stakeholders about marketing operations and connect results from measurement to actionable business applications. This includes presenting to members of the executive team.
Work with marketing leaders to establish appropriate marketing key performance indicators, ROI models, and predictive models for marketing campaigns to determine efficiency and effectiveness and provide recommendations for campaign planning.
Here's an idea of the skills sets we need you to bring to the table to be considered:
3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related field is required and experience in marketing analytics is strongly preferred.
Experience in building data structures to automate and support campaign processes as well as for analytic functions.
A strong ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
Experience in optimization of marketing programs using segmentation and advanced analytics.
Familiarity with Google Analytics would be awesome.
