Then Sightline Payments has the job for you! Reporting to the Manager of Product Deployment, the Product Coordinator is responsible for managing various aspects of our Play+ programs to include on-boarding of new clients, program changes, and updates, as well as assisting with the development of new product opportunities as needed.
Here's an idea of some of the things you'll be responsible for:
Supporting client on-boarding
Assisting the Product Deployment team with project management related tasks
Assisting with definition and execution of new program types as business opportunities arise
Market research to understand the best practices for execution, market pricing, and opportunity size
Developing implementation plans to include the program, platform, client, and compliance requirements
Documentation of program product guides for internal and external use
Here are some of the qualifications that make you a great fit for the role:
1-2 years of project management experience
Experience with Microsoft Project, and knowledge of Monday.com as well would be AWEsome
Proven success as a highly organized person that can juggle a lot of different and changing priorities is required.
Experience in card issuance, prepaid or gift card programs, as project manager or implementation role is a plus
Familiarity with Payment Card Industry Standards and Compliance requirements a plus
Experience working with outside vendors/clients - essentially someone who is customer-service orientated!
