Business Development Manager

Las Vegas, Nevada

The Director of Sales, reporting to the SVP of Mobile, will be working within a defined territory as an outward facing position responsible for delivering new customers contracts.  The role will develop and implement successful sales processes to drive new business. 


What you will do:

  • Execute sales strategy in your defined territory
  • Implementation of sales processes
  • Develop new customer, contracts and revenue, meeting new customer/revenue goals
  • Use hands-on strategies for prospecting, cold calling, conducting presentations, negotiating and close new business
  • Create high visibility and interaction with prospective customers via phone, email, and presentations, remotely and in-person
  • Build strong customer relationships at all levels
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction for renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Track and manage all sales pipeline and account activities
  • Participate in industry events/conferences
  • Creation of sales strategies by territory/accounts
  • Work with product development to bring customer requirements into the product

  

What you will bring:

  • 3 to 5+ years’ of proven success in growing sales, preferably in a start-up environment
  • Sales in gaming industry experience in land-based casinos is required
  • Natural and successful salesperson with a demonstrated track record in driving sales and closing deals
  • You must be a self-starter, entrepreneurial in nature and have hunter mentality to drive results
  • Strong experience with MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint are required
  • Must be able to listen and be open to directions and guidance
  • Proven experience dealing with uncertainty and rapid change with a sense of ease
  • Sports betting experience is preferred
  • Mobile marketing experience is preferred
  • Travel throughout territory will be required
