NCSolutions is hiring a Salesforce Administrator (100% Remote or Chicago based)

Position Summary

The Salesforce administrator will be responsible for managing the NCSolutions Salesforce environment with 120+ users. This role will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes including: data integrations, contracts for Salesforce, business process automation and more.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the NCS Salesforce environment

  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, security, workflows, data management and other tasks

  • Build and maintain custom objects, reports and dashboards

  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for updates, including any Salesforce releases throughout the year

  • Work with management team to establish optimal processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities

  • Operate independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

  • Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization

  • Create and manage contract processes and pipeline, using Contracts for Salesforce

  • Support sales and consulting team by creating ad hoc reports and analysis on past sales, sales channels, product lines, pipeline reports etc in order to drive demand generation activities, ultimately resulting in additional revenue for clients

  • Support FinancialForce instance through troubleshooting, documentation and partnership with the finance team to improve existing processes

 

Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud (Classic and Lightning), 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with Conga’s Contract for Salesforce, FinancialForce, Google Sheets for Salesforce and HubSpot a plus

  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude

  • Experience managing a product pipeline and producing management reporting and dashboards

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Understanding of the importance of attention to detail while displaying time management

  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, across project teams, and independently

  • Ability to talk to external clients, partners, and vendors 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Google Suite
