SUMMARY: The Supervisor will help to deliver our clients’ business objectives through bespoke and insight rooted digital programs. This individual is the day-to-day liaison between the client and the media community. They will build and maintain strong relationships with the media vendor community to ensure that our clients get premium access to opportunities and that our plans are the most innovative in the industry. They will steward media plan development and implementation, including ongoing and insightful performance reporting and optimization recommendations to maximize return on investment. They will be tasked to manage up to director level and supervise the analyst’s day-to-day activities making sure that their growth as digital media professionals is of utmost importance. The key differences between the Supervisor role and the Analyst role is the ability to interpret strategy through a digital lens, balancing client and vendor relationships while stewarding the tactical execution of programs. resource, setting best practice and working on planning frameworks
Ensures strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and
implementation

Establishes timetables for development of digital plans and manages expectations on
deliverables WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing and media (minimum of 3+ years of digital industry experience)
Knowledge of the dynamics of media - how each media element performs alone, how they perform together, and how they are constantly changing
Understanding of the skills and functions of the Investment side of the business, as well as the Strategic Business Units’ competencies
Ability to foster a strong, cohesive working team, provide proper, thorough instruction
Prioritize and multi-task effectively and formulate solutions
Crucial to understand media data sources in terms of what is measured, the method, and information reported
Strong understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
Strong written skills; write clearly and concisely and present orally in an articulate and confident manner
