Our goal is to continue to plan and manage audiences, holistic frequency control, maintain a clean supply chain, and deliver against both business needs and marketing KPIs.

Day to Day

Functional & Strategic Leadership:
  • Lead Digital strategy, transformation and investment for one more clients within the portfolio.
  • Create and drive best-in-class digital media strategies that deliver against client objectives within search, display, programmatic, social and video channels for assigned client(s).
  • Track innovation within the industry and evaluate and identify new partners and technology that will drive best-in-class channel strategies for our clients.
  • Lead communication of digital’s tech/data needs with cross-functional partners (Product Management, Analytics, IT, etc.) to ensure seamless deployment of digital programmatic campaigns and effectively report results to all stakeholders.
  • Deliver credible thought leadership on digital’s role in the marketing ecosystem, providing a vision of the program and lead proactive insights on channel opportunities.
  • Assess agency capabilities and build out strategies to address client and marketplace needs proactively.

Team & Client Leadership:
  • Lead, manage and motivate a group of digital individuals across one or more client teams.
  • Ensure operational efficacy of the team from process to integrity of investment in the marketplace.
  • Capability to provide concise and direct feedback and resolve conflict within the team swiftly and effectively.
  • Build inroads with senior client partners to understand business objectives and translate them into strong digital marketing and digital transformation strategies, plans, and capabilities in partnership with other key stakeholders.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate performance and opportunities for the digital programs.
  • Operate as ‘the voice of digital’ for assigned client set tackling inquiries from POVs, to performance results to new opportunities emerging in the landscape.
  • Partner with strategy, investment, and product teams to design bespoke digital solutions to satiate specific client needs.

Requirements
  • 8-10 years’ relevant work experience, including a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing, mentoring, and nurturing a diverse team in a fast-paced organization more junior talent
  • Bachelor’s degree required, in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, hard sciences), or marketing/advertising.
  • Technical and strategic understanding of programmatic display buying required, particularly in paid search, social and display.
  • Experience working with Ad Technology stacks and programmatic implementation processes.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technologies & tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of ecommerce & retail KPIs.
  • Exceptional analytics skills, and confidence acting on marketing data and insights.
  • High level understanding of integrated media planning.
  • Understanding of the B2B marketing, experiences with this type of clients/or work on a B2B client a plus.
  • General knowledge of direct and brand marketing principles and strategies.
