A WEEK IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR ANALYST, PROGRAMMATIC:
We are seeking a marketing enthusiast with experience in hands-on management of programmatic campaigns. You fully understand how programmatic channels work and can put together strategic plans across different stages of the purchase journey. A proven track record of managing-up and actively communicating to all team members. This role requires that you clearly and concisely articulate communications to external and internal teams.
We want an individual that is accountable for all aspects of the plan and has the ability to flag and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Develop performance strategies and provide tactical recommendations to achieve broader client goals
  • Access to trainings to further career development
  • Ownership of media recommendations and execution
  • Enhance account management and client presentations skills
  • Provide operational foundations that are used across the entire PHD network
Our expectations of you:
  • Having a strong understanding of digital media strategies
  • Knowing how programmatic advertising is used to amplify traditional media messaging (broadcast, linear, OOH, and custom content)
  • Helping strategists and coordinators develop insights and actions (implications) that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client’s goals
  • Ability to develop cross channel performance strategies
  • Responsible for overseeing campaign management including pacing, reporting, optimizations, etc.
  • Having a passion for advertising and establishing yourself as a thought leader within the office
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and partner updates
  • Proactively bringing new opportunities to the team
  • Day-to-day lead on client communications
  • Capable of working autonomously
  • Being resourceful within the agency and with partners to tackle a variety of tasks
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of work experience managing online marketing/advertising accounts
  • Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills
  • Confidence when explaining technical questions about data, billing, tags, etc.
  • Have strong organizational skills as applied through an ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Be confident in providing guidance to strategists and coordinators regarding media principles and executional best practices
  • Manage expectations and create/meet deadlines that involve multiple teams
  • A love for planning, and excitement towards working on new business opportunities
