As an Associate Director on the Marketing Science team, you will support the direction of an analytics program, manage a team, and deploy both strategic and campaign work. You will use your strong analytic and technical knowledge to drive our client’s business performance that result in award winning, case study work, while also advancing your career.


o Client Presentation: Further develop your client presentation skills and ability to learn to be
quick on your feet when asked tough client questions
o Thought Leadership: Contribute to insights and thought leadership around business and media

strategy for client facing deliverables
o Collaboration: Connect a cross planning, investment, and technology teams to ensure holistic
understanding of data
o Management: Grow your management career by having Associate,Sr.Associate,Associate

Managers and Managers reporting into you and managing their workload and career development
o Data Strategy: Collaborate with the Data Science team on advanced audience query definition and development
o Data Analysis: Become further seasoned in audience definition, creation and strategy using

multiple data sources
o Data Analysis Management: Manage your team to organize and analyze data to facilitate insight 
generation for which you will be responsible
o Data Sources: Apply solid understanding of Audience data sources and how to best leverage

them for each type of analysis
o Test Design: Support design and development of learning agendas and test plans o Attribution: Collaborate with Data Science on attribution design and analysis
o Insights: Develop insights for campaign performance and optimization

o Data Technology Utilization: Manage your team to oversee automation and improve processes for efficiencies
o Data Management: Be accountable for the maintenance and QA of data systems and processes 
used for reporting and on-going data analysis
o Data Visualization: Develop advanced dashboards in visualization tools such as

o Test Deployment: Be accountable for test deployment working in coordination with AdOps

o Attribution Deployment: Coordinate with Data Science on attribution deployment and data

o Ad Operations: Apply advanced understanding of Ad Operations and QA procedures o AdTech/MarTech: Evaluate and compare data, ad and MarTech vendors

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience, preferably in marketing analytics
  • Analytic Capabilities: Ability to think logically and use quantitative techniques to solve problems such as campaign analysis, optimization, data management, data operations and/or predictive modeling
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in math, economics, engineering, social sciences, finance, analytical fine arts, or business/marketing fields
  • Desired Experience:
  • Client: Experience partnering with mid-level and junior clients on key deliverables
  • Management: Prior management of teams of 3+ Marketing Science staff including Manager and below
  • Data Knowledge: Broad experience using different types of behavioral data and/or syndicated research data sources
  • Data Strategy: Experience developing or contributing to Data Strategy and knowledge of 2nd and
  • Analytic Mindset and Creativity: Ability to creative problem solve
  • Cross-Channel Analytics: Solid understanding of offline and online channel KPIs
  • Structured analysis/statistical understanding: Application of basic statistical methods to data analysis
  • Media Foundations: Advanced understanding across client verticals of media strategy, budget setting and channel selection
  • Survey Design: Basic understanding of quantitative and qualitative survey design and analysis experience
  • Data Science: Experience managing or applying more sophisticated advanced analytics/statistics using code
  • Documentation: Proven ability to create documentation and development of repeatable, scalable processes
  • Desired Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint are a must
  • Breadth of experience using Ad-serving and web analytics tools (DCM, DV360, IAS/Moat, Facebook Advanced Analytics, Google ADH, Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.)
  • Behavioral data sources (Acxiom, Experian, Clickstream, Location, IRi, Liveramp)
  • Syndicated research sources/tools (Gfk, MRI, Simmons, Scarborough, IMS, Nielsen, comScore)
  • Cross-media brand lift research (Kantar, Lucid, etc.)
  • Experience with two or more Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Datorama, Alteryx SQL, R, Python or other advanced analytics software packages Concepts of database design and SQL
