Day to Day
The Executive Director of Digital Strategy is a key role within the Integrated Strategy team to deliver expertise and excellence for digital efforts of the brand covering the channels of digital, paid social, and paid search. A performance driven professional at Hearts, the Executive Director understands how to take macro business goals and distill them into executable and measurable programs within the larger media plans. They are ambidextrous and can partner with the creative teams to ensure an integrated approach to the digital media landscape that drives end to end marketing impact.
Role: Reports to Managing Executive Director Strategic & Functional Lead
Manage, nurture, and grow the client leadership team ensuring business goals are clearly defined, met, and maintained
Demonstrate cognition of core business challenges and develop strategies for guiding our clients to solve for them through digital media
Understand the competitive media landscape and keep abreast of industry trends to identify new opportunities to drive category leadership through brand and lower funnel performance media
Play a thought leadership role in overall planning, execution, and maintenance of digital media plans, assisting in media planning, execution, and measurement
Drive innovation and implement testing strategies to continually optimize, improve performance and enhance learning by evaluating media impact on ROI and brand metrics
Drive collaboration with internal creative partners to ensure integrated delivery and execution of the integrated digital strategy
Providing expertise and leadership in data-driven marketing, across all channels: digital and emerging media
Collaborating with investment teams to ensure strategic alignment across brand needs while helping drive partner innovation
Maintaining a high level of service to all clients
7-10 years of performance marketing, preferably at an agency or consulting agency
Track record for successfully driving digital customer growth and revenue across paid media platforms. Experienced in telecom vertical a plus
Demonstrated ability to develop and drive strategic marketing plans for large, complex organizations
Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities
Magnetic for clients with the capability to lead them through transformation
Creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit
