The Role As a Supervisor on our Digital Strategy team, you will play a key role in discovering insights to impact the brand’s media strategy. The Supervisor, Digital Strategy, plays a key role as a day-to-day lead for development of plans, client interaction, working with internal teams and leading the team responsible for digital planning. You'll work to observe performance and collaborate closely with the digital activation team to maintain quality control by ensuring best practice is communicated and in place, ensuring that the Digital Planning Process is used correctly across the area of responsibility is the primary focus of this job. As a working manager, you must have a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” is critical to getting the job done. You'll work with a variety of brands and personalities both internally, and externally, and will need to be able to think creatively to apply your knowledge and experience to solve a diverse list of client needs. Responsibilities:
Work with a variety of audience insights tools to discover new audiences
Collaborate with various team leads to uncover insights
Develop new audience segments
Collaborate closely with marketing science and digital activation teams for cross-category reporting/insights, measurement framework, and optimizations
Work closely with the Digital Activation team to ensure the proper data and insights are leveraged in the tactical planning process and are reflected in their client-facing documents
Maintain centralized view of cross-channel audience insights and reporting
Responsible for cross-category learnings & insights (mid- and post-campaign)
Support special, cross-category projects
Support brand-specific projects & client deliverables
Support efforts to test creative formats within a variety of digital channels
Assist with digital channel budget allocation
Identify cross-channel creative insights and develop creative best practice
Manages some client communication, and other external parties (e.g., creative agencies)
Meet with suppliers to uncover new data sources and insight tools
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience and expert knowledge of the digital landscape, including 1-2 years’ team/work management experience
Experience with client-direct interaction
Experience working with large data sets and understanding of methodologies for evaluating data
Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to coach others in shortcuts
Some knowledge of audience insight and reporting tools is preferred
Working knowledge of 3rd party verification tools, including DoubleVerify
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau
The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a college degree program in a relevant field, e.g., Statistics, Hard Sciences
