We’re hiring a Client Consulting Manager to lead client relationships with our advertiser clients in the CPG, OTC & Retail industries. The Manager will work directly with advertisers and agencies on household brand names, assisting with developing and delivering actionable media activation recommendations that are aligned with strategy and research objectives. In addition to working on challenging projects with a collaborative team of Analyst(s) reporting to them, the Client Consulting organization represents the voice of the client within NCS to drive product quality and innovation within this fast-paced industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain strong client relationships through a deep understanding of their business and marketing/advertising research goals, ultimately expanding use of NCS products and NCS revenue as a result
Serve as trusted advisor and primary day-to-day contact for mid-level client, advertising agency, media publisher partner and data scientist communications for engagements across NCS' solution suite
Transform large sets of data into strategic, actionable insights through in-depth individual and collaborative data analysis
Effectively articulate recommendations and insights through crafting compelling stories with data, both visually and verbally
Manage end-to-end workflows within targeting, optimization and measurement processes, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of work
Advocate internally for enhancements and/or new, innovative solutions required to drive business outcomes for our advertiser clients
Develop and manage Analyst(s) and/or Senior Analyst(s) through effectively communicating tasks and priorities and growing their skill sets with inclusivity and compassion
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
Experience managing client relationships, delivering on strategic learning agendas and owning client communication
Experience with articulating and distilling analytical questions, developing reporting from large data sets, and using/transforming data to arrive at a strategic recommendations and actionable insights
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with ability to tailor messages to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
Experience managing multiple work streams and stakeholders at once with the ability to prioritize assignments and deliver complex, high quality projects on time
Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving, agile environment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative or marketing field
4-5 years’ experience in an insights and analytics or account management role
2-3 years’ experience with the digital media and general advertising ecosystems, including media planning & investment experience, publisher/platform experience and/or targeting strategy and ad measurement
Experience developing & managing direct reports
