As a Manager on our Product Development team, you’re a highly skilled communicator with a proven ability to deliver succinct but thorough product requirements that reflect the balanced needs of key stakeholders. You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve client experience and grow market share. You will continue to develop your keen eye for gaps in our product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. Organization in this role is crucial as you manage competing priorities while delivering exceptional products.
Proficient knowledge of NCS products including key market problems addressed, technical methods and processes, and pricing
Advise users on optimal product functionality, including inputs and outputs to fulfill deliverable needs
Ability to collect input across users and recommend development priorities with guidance
Excellent ability to represent and articulate the various use cases for developers
Contribute to product evolution priorities, plans, requirements, and manage delivery commitments
Ability to work effectively and drive alignment on a cross-functional team
Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field
3-5 years of product management, client, UX, or research experience
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to evaluate development alternatives using a cost benefit analysis
Advertising/CPG industry knowledge and experience in market research, specifically targeting and measurement/ROI
Understanding of UX, product development, and client service needs
