NCSolutions is hiring a Accounting Manager to play a key role in their sales efforts with Advertisers and Agencies across the U.S.!

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing accounting policies, processes and systems to support the business with accurate and timely financial information.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles to support a strong control environment
Manage and develop the senior analyst responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Identify opportunities for process improvement with a focus on revenue, expense and working capital management by leveraging the systems and software in place, including Salesforce, Financialforce, SAP and internal NCS applications.
Coordinate external and internal audit requests
Work with third party consultants and parent company to provide necessary inputs for tax filings
Review account reconciliations and analysis of financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
Manage the close process across the finance team and consolidation within the parent company financials
Create documentation and training for the finance team and the organization
Additional duties and projects as needed to support the business
5-7 years of experience in Accounting
1+ years of experience as a people manager
Knowledge and experience with financial software and systems (SAP and Financialforce preferred)
BS degree in Accounting or Finance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suite
Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices and standards
Excellent Communicator: Ability to process data to share the right message at the right time for the audience
