Director Strategic Account Management

THE POSITION
Title: Head of Strategic Account Management ICR
Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer
LOCATION: Las Vegas, NV or remote with frequent travels to Las Vegas

ROLE PURPOSE
The role holder will provide oversight of the strategic and commercial relationship management with casino
operators and ensure that the casino operator portfolio meets P&L objectives. The role operates in full collaboration with the Director of Acquisition, the Director of Customer Engagement, and the Director of Marketing Research & Analytics and the Director of Marketing Operations, as well as the Client success team and the business development team to ensure the smooth management and delivery of strategic and commercial objectives by operator and across the portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Accountability for overall Sightline P&L/profitability for ICR Strategic Operators, both as a whole and by
Operator
 Create strategies across Operators with consideration to the following
o Operator type / size / potential
o Industry opportunities and competitive threats
o Enhanced Sightline capabilities as they come online or have strengthened business cases (eg,
Integrated Casino Resorts, Additional Funding Types)

 Manage consistent execution of Operator brand strategy across Operators
 Continuously build and refine business case / data / rationale for Operators to embrace Play+ as the top
funding mechanism
 Support business case for Operators to use Sightline for Integrated Casino Resort; work to expand Operator
relationships across B&M and Digital
 Be the single point of accountability and oversight across SLP for strategic ICR/casino operator relationships
once they are in steady state
 Identify opportunities for future growth / development / new revenue streams
 Manage team of Operator Managers (to be recruited over time)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or experience in business field; MBA preferred
• Deep understanding of casino gaming ecosystem and ROI levers for Operators
• Proven track record of business development, partner management and setting strategic direction
• Ability to lead while simultaneously participating in execution in a lean organization
• Solid analytical skills to discern trends in results and identify potential headwinds and opportunities
• Anticipate industry changes and modify strategic objectives accordingly
• Understand implications of (de)regulation and how Operator management needs to adjust
• Manage the balancing of Operator requests/requirements and resource prioritization
• Able to make decisions which enable delivery of business objectives, accounting for commercial
imperatives, client outcomes, financial impacts
• High standard of analytical capability, including translating raw data into meaningful information to
support senior management decision making
