Senior Manager, Customer Acquisition

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Acquisition that is passionate about both direct
to consumer and intermediated marketing in the gaming industry and excited to make a direct
impact on the growth of the brand and business by driving brand consideration and conversion
through digital, direct and onsite marketing channels. The ideal candidate is able to identify
consumer touchpoints throughout the casino ecosystems to translate them to acquisition
opportunities and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee and execute consumer acquisition marketing campaigns from end-to-end with a
high level of detail
 Discover new ways to profitably acquire new Play+ customers and drive efficiencies
throughout the campaigns
 Manage offers in campaigns, including tracking and fulfillment
 Create and manage a strategic test & learn roadmap
 Develop and manage campaign budgets and forecasts
 In partnership with Analytics team, analyze campaign performance to understand ROI
and be able to report out campaign results and learnings
 Make campaign recommendations based upon data analytics and research
 Work closely with other marketing team members, client teams and stakeholders such
as IT, Finance, Legal, Product, Client Solutions, Business Development, etc. to ensure
campaigns align with the business and client’s strategic goals and budget.
 Oversee multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
 Represent Sightline when interacting with clients or onsite at client locations
 Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Requirements
Preferred Experience:
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field preferred
 5+ years of consumer marketing experience
 3+ years working with or in a casino environment
 Understanding of casino resorts operations and loyalty programs
 Management of customers offers, promotions or rewards
 Strong background in customer acquisition strategies
 Customer focus and digital first mindset
 Results driven mentality with exceptional detail and knowledge of metrics, A/B testing
and ROI analysis
 Knowledge of paid media platforms and how each platform can be deployed to meet
marketing objectives
 Experience working across multiple channels, such as email, search, display, TV, social
media, mobile app, casino property signage
 Understanding of channel interactions, funnel stages and KPIs for each
 Excellent time and project management skills
 Ability to work independently with minimal direction while also functioning and
contributing as part of a team
 Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively, handle multiple high priority projects
and react quickly to shifting priorities
