Senior Product Manager

Austin, TX

Position Description: As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all activities relating to researching, designing, developing UI/UX and marketing products on behalf of the company. These duties include completing market research to find out more about competitor products or market and customer needs and fit, contributing to the product evolution and creating an intuitive customer journey and interface, as well as coordinating with the customer service department to identify potential product defects or customer suggestions.  

Location: Austin, TX 

Objectives and Responsibilities:  

  • Lead and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap 
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of consumers, retailers, and markets where we compete. Stay up to date on current and emerging trends, competitors, and consumer behavior
  • Adept at turning market and consumer insights into important product strategies in support of our overall business strategies 
  • Act as the customer advocate articulating the user’s needs
  • Take ownership role with cross-functional teams, bring new products from concept through production and then to market. 
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met 
  • Create userflows and wireframes to support the product and tech team
  • Identify the opportunity to develop a new successful product or improve an existing one, adding vital features to it. 
  • Stakeholder in agile scrum environment

Required Minimum Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor degree
  • 10+ years of experience in product management
  • Solid understanding of go to market and product commercialization process 
  • Solid understanding of the industry and end consumer 
  • Experience using various computer applications including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite, and JIRA and InVision
  • Experience leading teams in agile scrum environment
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
