Technical Lead Developer

Austin, TX

Position Description: As Technical Lead/Developer you will spend your days translating requirements into solutions, writing code, collaborating, and mentoring cross-functional teams, and providing us with the insights necessary to think beyond the status quo. This position is 50% management, 50% development.

Location: Austin, TX 

Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and code components of the company platform
  • Mentor a team of up to 10 engineers and designers
  • Ensure technology standards and best practices are met.
  • Improve the efficiency, reliability, and stability of the company platform
  • Ability to investigate and debug difficult problems
  • Build internal tools and procedures

Required Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and
  • 8 years of experience in software engineering or related field
  • OR 10 years of experience in software engineering or related field.
