Position Description: As Technical Lead/Developer you will spend your days translating requirements into solutions, writing code, collaborating, and mentoring cross-functional teams, and providing us with the insights necessary to think beyond the status quo. This position is 50% management, 50% development.

Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and code components of the company platform
- Mentor a team of up to 10 engineers and designers
- Ensure technology standards and best practices are met.
- Improve the efficiency, reliability, and stability of the company platform
- Ability to investigate and debug difficult problems

Required Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and
- 8 years of experience in software engineering or related field
- OR 10 years of experience in software engineering or related field.
