You will be responsible for conducting first round phone interviews for a variety of staff level roles.
Requirements:
- 30+ WPM typing skills
- Ability to take verbatim notes while carrying on a 15-45 minute conversation
- Strong English written communication skills (propers grammar, punctuation, spelling, sentence structure)
- Strong verbal communication skills and some professional phone experience
- Reliable home internet and phone
- Quiet home office space
Preferred:
- Customer/Call/Contact Center experience
- Talent Acquisition experience
- 70+ WPM typing skills
- CRM experience
- MS Office experience
- Work from home experience
