Team Lead - Technical Recruiter (remote)
REMOTE position - can be located anywhere in the US; Must be able to work East Coast hours
1099 Long-term Contract Positon
We are looking for a Team Lead/Sr. Technical Recruiter with experience in the financial services industry that has experience growing and leading a team of recruiters. This is a long-term 1099 contract opportunity with highly competitive pay.
Duties and Responsibilities
As Team Lead you will be responsible for both managing a team of 4+ recruiters as well as directing recruiting for open technical requisitions. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand the position requirements
- Perform all full-cycle recruiting responsibilities including candidate and hiring manager communication from kick-off to onboarding
- Oversee a recruiting team consisting of technical recruiters, sales recruiters, and sourcers. The team will start small (4+) with the potential to scale up in the near future.
- Provide mentorship and guidance as needed to members of Recruiting Team
- Perform reporting responsibilities as needed/requested
- Guide innovative sourcing strategies and ensure a high-touch candidate experience
You could be a great fit if you have:
- BA/BS experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of current recruiting team supervisory experience
- 7+ years experience recruiting for technical roles of all levels
- Current/recent experience recruiting in the financial services industry
- Strong ability to source passive candidates and experience building candidate pipelines
- Strong follow-through and customer service orientation
