B2B Sales Recruiter
REMOTE - Recruiter can be located anywhere in the US; willing to work east coast hours
1099 Long-term contract position

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for client B2B sales opportunities.
- Consult hiring managers and serve as a client partner through the candidate selection process.
- Develop strategies designed to qualify candidates through various tools or network.
- Meet with candidates by telephone or video conference to assess qualifications.
- Manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales recruiting experience
- RPO recruiting experience highly preferred
- Full-Desk Experience (Ability to work both business development and source candidates) a strong plus
- Previous experience working virtually, remotely, or from a home office
- Must be a self-starter and be very self-directed
- Professional, extremely ethical, and a strong team player
- Familiarity with social networks, LinkedIn, professional sites, and resume databases
- Familiar with a variety of ATS systems is very helpful
