Our Sourcing Recruiters focus exclusively on building qualified candidate pipelines with both active and passive candidates through a variety of methods. The right sourcers will:
Be a true hunter in finding world class sales talent. Find and recruit passive candidates and gauge the fit and motivation for a position rather than simply selling a role.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct and turn passive candidates into active candidates.
Develop and implement strategies and initiatives that will drive the overall talent acquisition process, quality of hiring, and time-to-fill goals.
Partner with other team recruiters, managers, and clients to ensure a healthy pipeline.
Have the ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates high volume recruiting experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience
At least 2+ years of specialized recruiting/candidate sourcing in an IT or Digital Media environment
Experience with the latest and greatest sourcing tools including Chrome Extensions, Social Networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc...
Must be able to manage multiple requisitions at a time
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex recruitment issues with minimum guidance
