Job Title: Creative/Marketing Recruiter (1099 Contract)
Location: Remote (anywhere in the US)
Job Description:
You will work on an assignment directly with one of our clients be responsible for delivering top creative and marketing candidates. You will be:
- Facilitating and executing the full life-cycle recruitment process to hire the client’s marketing employees
- Leveraging networks and pre-existing industry connections to identify potential candidates with a focus on proactive recruitment
- Ensuring compliance with recruiting processes and recruiting KPI’s.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- 4-6 years of marketing or advertising agency recruitment experience
- Experience sourcing top talent for a variety of roles in a competitive market, focusing on passive candidates.
- MUST be located in the US
Preferred Skills:
- Creative Marketing or Agency industry market knowledge.
- An established candidate network in the creative/marketing field.
- Experience presenting candidates senior leaders.
