We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to grow our existing team of talent acquisition professionals to deliver recruiting solutions to our clients! As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, your contributions will have a lasting impact on the clients we work with. This position requires internal talent acquisition experience with high-growth companies, industry recruiting experience, a background in candidate sourcing, and a strong background in full-cycle recruiting. You will be working directly with our internal team.

Must Haves:

  • 4+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience in a variety of industries (must have touched on technical recruiting/media recruiting), 2+ years of work at high-quality, fast-growing companies, such as in growth-stage startups

  • Hired and managed your own team of recruiters previously
  • Deep expertise in recruiting and sourcing strategy for hiring Talent Acquisition positions
  • ​Recruiting and talent acquisition process building
  • A background in candidate sourcing - using databases, utilizing new tools and extensions, reaching out to passive and active candidates

  • A self-motivating, flexible and focused attitude; driven to work independently and collaborate on projects in a fast-paced environment

  • A strong process-driven focus

  • Previous experience working with multiple clients and requisitions

  • Experience with behavioral interviewing

  • Experience working in corporate talent acquisition within high-growth startups


  • Staffing recruiters for our client projects
  • Keeping up with a steady influx of new talent acquisition positions to fill
  • Following our onboarding process and procedures 
  • Hired for and assemble your own recruiting team based on client's needs
  • Actively sourcing qualified candidates using internet databases, internal databases, social media, and job boards
  • Conducting pre-screening interviews 

  • Asking questions that provide insight into the candidate experience while keeping them engaged

  • Acting as the liaison between the candidate and our company

  • Conduct interview debriefs with our team and the client’s team; providing feedback around roadblocks and market trends

  • Provide a great candidate experience
