We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to grow our existing team of talent acquisition professionals to deliver recruiting solutions to our clients! As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, your contributions will have a lasting impact on the clients we work with. This position requires internal talent acquisition experience with high-growth companies, industry recruiting experience, a background in candidate sourcing, and a strong background in full-cycle recruiting. You will be working directly with our internal team.
4+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience in a variety of industries (must have touched on technical recruiting/media recruiting), 2+ years of work at high-quality, fast-growing companies, such as in growth-stage startups
A background in candidate sourcing - using databases, utilizing new tools and extensions, reaching out to passive and active candidates
A self-motivating, flexible and focused attitude; driven to work independently and collaborate on projects in a fast-paced environment
A strong process-driven focus
Previous experience working with multiple clients and requisitions
Experience with behavioral interviewing
Experience working in corporate talent acquisition within high-growth startups
Conducting pre-screening interviews
Asking questions that provide insight into the candidate experience while keeping them engaged
Acting as the liaison between the candidate and our company
Conduct interview debriefs with our team and the client’s team; providing feedback around roadblocks and market trends
