We’re hiring Senior Program Leads to manage and grow our recruiting solutions clients! Recruiter.com is a leading Recruiting Solutions Company working with some of the fastest-growing companies in the USA! As a Recruiting Program Lead, your contributions will have a lasting impact on the clients we work with. This senior position requires internal talent acquisition experience with high-growth companies, media recruiting experience, a background in candidate sourcing, and a strong background in full-cycle recruiting. You will be working directly with clients, both talent acquisition and hiring managers, as well as internal team members to drive hiring for a variety of media roles.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience in the Digital Media industry, 2+ years of work at high-quality, fast-growing companies, such as in growth-stage startups
  • Experience leading a team of 7+ recruiters/sourcers
  • Deep expertise in recruiting and sourcing strategy for various digital media roles
  • Has previously hired for your own recruiting team
  • Recruiting and talent acquisition process building
  • A background in candidate sourcing - using databases, utilizing new tools and extensions, reaching out to passive and active candidates
  • A self-motivating, flexible and focused attitude; driven to work independently and collaborate on projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong process-driven focus
  • Previous experience working with multiple clients and requisitions
  • Experience with behavioral interviewing
  • Experience working in corporate talent acquisition within high-growth startups

Responsibilities

  • Developing client relationships and crafting a successful program delivery experience
  • Hired for and assemble your own recruiting team based on client's needs
  • Holding the team accountable for meeting/exceeding hiring goals
  • Actively sourcing qualified candidates using internet databases, internal databases, social media, and job boards
  • Acting as the liaison between Recruiter.com and the client
  • Conduct debriefs with our team and the client’s team; providing feedback around roadblocks and market trends
  • Provide a great candidate/client experience
