Call Representative (Remote)

Immediate openings for 2-6 months 1099 contracts​, 40hrs/week 

Recruiter.com has an immediate need for entry level call center representatives, dialers or self-starters with high volume call experience. We have contract assignments that will help you start and grow your career in the recruiting industry! We provide training, equipment and competitive wages!

 

What you’ll do:

• High volume calls to interview candidates for prospective jobs

• Take timely notes during these interviews as candidates answer interview questions

• Utilize client systems to track your activity

• Build rapport with candidates as you interview them

• As an Associate, you may also be cross-trained in other areas within the Recruiting function - allowing you to grow your career in Recruiting!

 

You must have:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

• Strong WPM typing skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively

• Professional phone etiquette

• Ability to work remotely, without direct supervision

• Administrative or support experience is a plus
