We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to develop and manage up to 500 employees at our client’s large fulfillment center in Devault, PA. We are looking for a leader that can upgrade all the HR programs and processes to create the safest and enjoyable environment. What you will do: 
  • Provide functional leadership to ensure high standards of HR service delivery 
  • Provides counsel and forwarding looking solutions to manufacturing leaders on various operating issues and opportunities
  • Plan, lead, develop, coordinate and implement policies, processes, trainings, surveys initiatives following best practices
  • Train and assist leaders to develop and manage talent processes and initiatives to ensure a healthy succession pipeline and positive employee relations
  • Ensure legal compliance and implementation of the company’s mission and talent strategy.
  • Create programs and initiatives that help support the employees and create a healthy, positive work environment
  • Ensure best practices are implemented and enforced around payroll / HRIS / benefits / LOA / hiring / termination / safety management and processing
  • Manage HR Generalists

What you bring: 
  • 5+ years of Human Resources Management experience 
  • 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 2 years of people management is required
  • Solid labor relations experience is required
  • Solid knowledge and use of applicable local, state, federal, and international employment laws and regulations
  • Fluency in Spanish with the ability to speak it is highly preferred
  • Proven success in solving problems and making decisions while using good judgment 
  • Experience thriving in an ambiguous and flexible environment in order to work through complex organizational issues
  • Strong HR technical skills HRIS system experience, and MS Office Suite proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours is a must, knowing there is flexibility in schedule
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field is required, Master's is strongly preferred
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly preferred
  • Union experience is a big plus
