We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to develop administrative recruiting processes and best practices to create the most efficient and customer centric recruiting program. What you will do: 
  • Work with and support a small but growing team of recruiters in all aspects of recruiting administration such as posting jobs, scheduling, recruiter liaison between candidates and hiring managers, implementing efficiencies and adding white glove service to elevate TA in org
  • Handle candidate onboarding transition to new hire
  • Be administrator for ATS system
  • Manage offer letter process and procedures
  • Develop and manage status reporting for upper management 
  • Work with marketing to develop employee branding projects
  • Grow in recruiting responsibilities to eventually move into recruiter role
What you bring: 
  • 3 years of experience in administrative coordination, background in recruiting/human resources is ideal
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience is preferred
  • Desire to move into a recruiter role is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with attention to detail are required
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced work environment
  • Experience in food/beverage, pharma and/or biotech industries is preferred
  • International experience is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
