We are looking for a Director, Learning Management & Organizational Development to create and develop a state-of-the-art Learning and Development Program and design and implement organizational efficiencies for the company. Our client, a rising leader in the world of sustainability for the world’s food supply, is growing fast and scaling globally. What you will do: 
  • Create and implement a learning and development program that can scale with the growing head count, the creation of new offices around the world and an ever developing organization
  • Assess, research and implement an LMS system that can grow to scale
  • Assess the current organizational structure and develop and implement new org design to work most effectively with a globally growing company
  • Start as an individual contributor and build out a team 
  • Balance the two areas of learning management and organizational development as needed

What you bring: 
  • 7+ years of experience in learning development/management and organizational design and development (must have both)
  • 2+ years of experience in people management 
  • Experience with learning management systems, preferably with implementation experience
  • Experience developing a variety of learning techniques and processes, using the latest technology to enhance learning 
  • Experience developing learning and organizational design and development for international offices
  • Experience in food/bev, pharma and/or biotech is preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in startup environment 
  • Experience in public company is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required, in related field and Master’s Degree is preferred
  • Coaching certification(s) is strongly preferred
