We are looking for a Director, Global Talent Acquisition to take recruiting to the next level.  Our client, a rising leader in the world of sustainability for the world’s food supply, is growing fast and scaling globally. What you will do: 
  • Create and mold the most inclusive work culture where innovation, creativity, and excellence go hand in hand with elevated talent development and growth, engagement and  overall employee satisfaction
  • ​​Develop and grow a proactive, consultative and data-driven recruiting team 
  • Create a talent bar that exceeds goals for diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Work with all groups including product, business and functional stakeholders and teams to drive a talent strategy to meet all business goals
  • Develop recruiting strategy, business plan, budget, and forecast; manage annual plan
  • Develop a brand and marketing strategy for talent acquisition
  • Partner with human resources to align on goals and processes related to TA, such as compensation, diversity, analytics, and onboarding
  • Develop a plan for building strategic partnerships with organizations and universities

What you bring: 
  • 10+ years in progressively responsible leadership roles with measurable results in talent acquisition at small, private AND global, publicly traded companies, a mix of experience is preferred
  • 5 + years of experience in people management and team development is required
  • Successful experience with talent acquisition, management and workforce planning to global scale
  • 5+ years of experience in boolean search string sourcing and hands on experience with recruiting and artificial intelligence tools is preferred
  • Solid background working in the food, bio-technical, pharmaceutical or retail industries are preferred
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to demonstrate flexibility and judgement under pressure
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work flexible hours is a must, knowing there is flexibility in schedule
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred
