Their Vancouver, BC team is growing and looking to add a Marketing Automation Manager to develop scalable processes and strategies for building data-driven, automated marketing campaigns to drive how the company communicates with its customers. Additionally, you’ll create engaging and conversion-driven marketing content and conduct A/B testing to make the email and marketing automation programs the best they can be.

Strategizing, planning, and implementing email and marketing automation programs to drive lead conversions, paid conversions, and overall customer activity within the product

Continually analyzing and optimizing marketing performance to drive conversions

Collaborating with various marketing stakeholders to create and optimize the ideal customer journeys/segments, and build customer lifecycle marketing programs and relevant nurture flows

Creating and supporting the execution of ad-hoc and marketing campaigns

Supporting the execution of customer marketing and customer support related communication from various departments

Managing the growth and performance of the company’s marketing database, including overseeing metrics such as email conversion performance, email deliverability, and database growth

Ensuring marketing initiatives meet and maintain regulatory and compliance standards

Building, writing, and publishing email campaigns as required

Mentoring a growing team of Demand Generation and Email marketers

5+ years’ experience in Marketing, with at least 4 years in email and automation marketing

Experience managing CRMs, segmenting customer personas, and mapping out customer journeys to successfully nurture customers to conversion

Experience with Marketing Automation tools (such as ActiveCampaign, Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo) and CRMs (such as Salesforce or Hubspot)

An excellent track record of implementing complex digital marketing and nurture flows for a large scale SaaS audience

A solid data-driven approach to marketing campaigns and marketing automations, with a background querying data, delivering actionable insights, and building strategic email plans that impacted overall conversion metrics and sales

Extensive experience creating/optimizing marketing programs across various customer personas and their respective customer journeys

Solid technical and working knowledge of how various marketing automation systems operate and integrate together (i.e. how email systems integrate with chat bots and CRM)

Experience managing email deliverability and managing email compliance regulations (such as
CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR)
