Their Vancouver team is growing and looking to add a Technical Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process, while also ensuring an exceptional candidate experience along the way. You will have the opportunity to develop, drive, and manage sourcing and recruiting strategies for the company’s technical positions. In addition, you will partner with hiring managers to understand and anticipate their upcoming team needs and priorities and how they fit into the organization as a whole.

What you’ll be doing: 
  • Managing all stages of the recruitment life cycle for technical roles, including Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design
  • Sourcing passive talent through available tools and creative channels to add to talent pipelines
  • Conducting in-depth interviews to evaluate, identify and summarize relevant candidate experience
  • Extending offers and negotiating terms of employment with candidates 
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure hiring needs and goals are met
  • Participating in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including building out the company’s future co-op/internship program and establishing new/maintaining existing relationships with bootcamps and universities
  • Recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes, and fine-tuning standard operating procedures to assist the team
  • Coaching, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with other Recruiting team members
What you bring: 
  • 3+ years of experience with full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Hands on experience using social media and other creative sources for engaging passive technical talent
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
  • A background managing and prioritizing multiple searches, open reqs, and cross-functional relationships
  • Solid experience tracking and managing candidates through an ATS
  • A proven ability to build rapport quickly with both candidates and colleagues
