Their Vancouver, Canada team is growing and looking to hire a Sr. Manager, Partnerships to help make the highest quality of products for their clients. In this role you will work closely with the Director of Partnerships, creating and managing strategic relationships that are critical to the overall business and its strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing key partnership opportunities that grow and diversify revenue.

What you will be doing:
  • Partnering with Project Management, Design, Strategy and Development and other cross-functional teams in every step of the product lifecycle to educate partners and speak to how how the product offering brings measurable ROI for the clients
  • Driving account revenue by building a strong partnership with the clients
  • Supporting the day-to-day management of the company’s existing partnerships, acting as trusted advisor and liaison between the client and internal teams
  • Growing existing partnerships to find other opportunities to add value and increase revenue
  • Documenting processes and statements of work to reference in the future, if needed
  • Tracking and communicating key industry trends, analysis and actionable insights to assess the most impactful opportunities for the company
What you bring:
  • 7+ years experience in a partner management role at a technical, digital product agency or consultant firm
  • A successful track record of managing high-revenue clients
  • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professionalism while interacting with internal and external senior-level executives
  • An interest in mentoring/coaching other members to advance their career growth
  • An eye for detail and the ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues
