Their Vancouver, Canada team is growing and looking to add a Social Media Manager to help expand the company’s reach, increase community engagement, and ultimately improve the way people learn and earn online. You’ll be heavily involved in defining and overseeing strategic initiatives that span across multiple social media channels, as well as executing community growth and relationships with influencers.

What you’ll be doing: 
  • Creating and executing a social strategy to generate new traffic and leads across all of the company’s platforms
  • Planning and maintaining a social content calendar, posting to YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and any relevant networks
  • Creating, editing and publishing content on social media, engaging and managing any comments from the company’s community
  • Liaising with industry influencers/partners to optimize the company’s social reach and engagement
  • Building social media plans for events, ensuring there is engagement pre, during, and post events
  • Identifying social content collaboration opportunities with partners (including conducting livestreams on Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn)
  • Designing and tracking metrics to evaluate the ROI success of various social media platforms being used and user engagement through analytics
  • Continually test and optimize social messages to drive the most appropriate and effective conversions/outcomes through A/B testing
What you bring: 
  • 3+ years experience in a social media or community management marketing role, preferably in a B2B/SaaS environment 
  • Experience creating social strategy and executing best practices across social media platforms 
  • Proven competency and excellent knowledge of social platforms, tools, and performance tracking
  • Solid experience building community and driving traffic and leads from social media marketing
  • Experience with data and metrics to measure impact and determine future improvements
  • Excellent writing and copy editing skills, with the ability to test and optimize content 
  • Experience with live streaming tools and are comfortable being on camera for live stream/podcast interviews
