Digital Buyer, Programmatic

Our client, a leader in the entertainment and anime production space internationally, is in search of a Digital Buyer, Programmatic to join their Growth Marketing team in the Culver City area.   
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Manager of Growth, driving growth for the company’s omnichannel approach, which includes home entertainment, streaming, broadcast distribution, and theatrical distribution. In addition, you will contribute to new user growth by creating, executing, and optimizing the company’s digital programs in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Driving the execution and improvement of ad-exchange media buying 
  • Supporting a variety of different channels, including Theatrical, Streaming Video On Demand, Shop, and Theatrical
  • Creating and executing media plans, working with the DSP platform, monitoring campaign performance, and reporting the results
  • Leading all aspects of campaigns, including planning and strategy, programmatic buying and trading, and performance optimizations 
  • Working with ad tech firms and media buyers (DSPs, ad-verification services, 3rd party data providers, etc.) to ensure optimal campaign execution and oversight of inventory quality, viewability, and fraud
  • Monitoring spend while also determining optimal budget allocation and reallocation between campaigns
  • Building out private marketplaces and/or direct buys with digital publishers, as needed
What you bring:
  • 1-3 years’ experience in programmatic media buying 
  • Exposure and knowledge of audience creation, campaign management and optimization techniques
  • Solid understanding of programmatic media and DSP
  • Experience with Direct Response paid campaigns with experience in conversion tracking and attribution, strongly preferred
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with viewability measurement (DoubleVerify, MOAT, IAS) and audience measurement (Nielsen DAR)
  • Experience/interest in anime is not required, but a plus
